Hello and welcome to Chelsea Cares

Chelsea Cares is our Corporate Responsibility (CR) programme. It's a programme that's now in its fourth year and has been making a real difference to the way we run our business, the relationships we have with our stakeholders and the impact we have on our communities.

Throughout this report you'll find a number of statistics. These show the energy and cost savings we've made, the recycling initiatives, emissions reduced and the number of charities and community groups we've helped. But despite the fact that these are impressive, they only tell half the story. With this year's report we wanted to paint more of a picture of how Chelsea Cares has become embedded in our culture and ethos.

We've included many examples throughout this year's report to show what a real difference Chelsea Cares makes to real people.

Why Chelsea Cares?

We've called it Chelsea Cares because it sums up what we do: we care about our environment, our employees, our communities and our marketplace.
