How do we calculate them?

Our statistics pages are created from all the data we collect about our business operations or activities. These might include recycling or how many car share spaces are occupied. We also compare data year on year so we can see how far we've progressed or improved. As the CR programme develops, so will the types of information we will include.

Why is it important to measure?

If we don't measure we cannot determine if we have made progress and achieved what we set out to do. Measuring and monitoring can also identify trends. It can enable the business to identify solutions and in some cases increase efficiency and reduce costs.

How is it part of a CR programme?

Our programme is made up of many parts and often the activity has an effect on the business. Statistics can provide an overview of the CR programme and its benefits and most importantly show how progress has been made.
